What to check and why
Compare the wording in your record with the Deposit help topics. Arrival Time is a question about timing, Still Pending describes an unresolved state, Failed reports a different outcome and Not Credited concerns the expected account entry. Similar subject matter does not make those descriptions equivalent.
Use the matching topic and retain the relevant time and legitimate reference. Do not make another payment merely to test whether the first one will appear. A screenshot of a general help heading cannot establish a fixed processing deadline for your account. Where the status remains unclear, ask through the appropriate service route and describe the observed state accurately.
